Deposit A deposit of 20% of your total service fee is required for booking. This amount will go towards your booking. REFUND No refunds will be issued. Re-do's are offered within 2 weeks of service if applicable. LATE POLICY No late fees. + If you're 15 minutes late, part of your service will be modified. + If you're 30 minutes late, it will be considered a "No Show' which will result in 100% charge of your service. WHAT NOT TO WEAR Avoid hoodies, turtlenecks, fuzzy sweaters or sentimental jewelry. Any items that you don't want to risk getting color or hair on. TIMING Appointments can run longer than expected so please coordinate personal plans accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION + If you reschedule before the 48-hr notice , your deposit will apply to your new booking. + If you reschedule within the 48-hr notice, your deposit is forfeited and cannot be used for another booking. + If you cancel within the 48-hr notice, your deposit is forfeited and cannot be used for another booking. + If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. Your deposit is 20% of your total service fee.
